Guilty Pleasures Month Day 4...Eddie Lives

.
A television newswoman picks up the story of a 1960s rock band whose long-lost leader Eddie Wilson may still be alive, while searching for the missing tapes of the band's never-released album
A Montreal construction worker joins a band and turns out to be a long-lost rock star from 1960s New Jersey - none other than Eddie Wilson, who mysteriously disappeared after a road accident.

Today we will discuss the merits of Eddie and the Cruisers.  The story line is weak and the fact that it merited a sequel is ridiculous.  I love it any way.  I love the cars, the drama, the music...you got to love the music.  that's the whole point.
I watch the movies whenever they are on television, I have too much pride to actually own them.  Watch the videos and remember that the music is actually performed by John Cafferty and the Beaver Brown Band
