State of the Buddha address-May 27

 Got back from my physical therapy evaluation. My therapist was super cool and gave me a bunch of exercises to do. Apparently these are designed to strengthen the muscles in my legs that have weakened since the accident. They are harder than they look.

also...My insurance would only cover an initial evaluation so I have to wait for insurance approval before there can be any more sessions but I did get approval for a referral for the follow up with my orthopedist.  Getting closer, kids...getting closer.
